Coach Bio - Celena Maxwell

This is Celena's 4th year coaching 16's at PVC and 5th year of coaching club. Growing up she played for Adidas NW Jr's Club and was a 3-time varsity athlete at Reynolds High School. She earned 2nd team in offense for the Mt. Hood Conference two different years as an OH all-around player.

After graduating from Reynolds High School, Celena went on to play at Clackamas Community College for two years. The CCC Cougars placed 7th in the NWAC region freshman year, during her sophomore season they made the final 4 after an undefeated season in the league claiming Southern Region Champions. During her time at CCC, Celena received defensive player of the week and took 4th overall in hitting percentages during the NWAC Championships. After that, she was recruited by Northwest Christian University in Eugene as an OH/DS. Celena is passionate about helping young women on and off the court.
