Coach Bio - Sandy Carter

Sam joins PVC by way of Florida and California. In Florida, she played club volleyball at OVA for 8 seasons where she was a 5 time AAU All-American, 2 time Junior Olympic All-American, Captain of Team Florida in 2002, and won 2 State Championships at Bishop Moore High School, Orlando. Her volleyball career brought her to the West Coast where she earned a scholarship at the University of California Berkeley. As a 4 year starting setter, she is still the Cal Bears' all-time assist leader! During her time in California, she started her coaching career by spending 2 seasons with the Golden Bear Volleyball Club. Sam is excited to share her passion and knowledge of the sport with PVC!
