Coach Bio - Sandy Carter

Sandy Carter started her career as a D1 player at the University of Kentucky, 1979-1982. She quickly fell in love with volleyball education and has coached now for 30 years. Sandy was crucial in building women's volleyball in Florida. She is a founding member of OVA, Orlando Volleyball Academy, where she coached 8 years in all age divisions 14U-18U. She also had a competitive career as the head coach of Rollins College 1994 & 1995 and won 2 Florida State Titles at Bishop Moore High School where she coached for 14 years. Lastly, Sandy has a USA Coaching Accreditation Level 1 and Level 2. She is excited to continue her coaching career at PVC!
